Visiting West Coast December

Hello! I will be heading somewhere on the west coast of the United States in December. I will only be there for a couple of days. Is there anyone that would possibly like to meet up or know of any places where speedos are popular? I have a few cities in mind like LA, SF, or Seattle, but not entirely sure where to go. Any advice would be great!
