Florida Speedo guys/Irma

Post by Thom » Mon Sep 18, 2017 6:18 am

I hope all the guys here from Florida survived Irma. The Keys, west coast, and Miami got hit very hard. Here in Palm Beach County, we were lucky--just a cat 1. We had four days without power, but that's minor compared to losing your home. Unfortunately, there's another storm following a similar track.

They might open the beaches today, so we'll see what's left of the sand.

Excellent, FLT!

The Beach at Palm Beach was open today with lifeguards. The "Lunar Lander" lifeguard stations are still set back by the sidewalk. There was sand blown onto the coast road in some places. Fairly calm sea today.
