Probably not for me.... The cut sits very low on the hips and it's probably too low for me in order to make that straight line. There is some logistics that come with wearing this low cut of a suit which for me isn't an issue. However...When I look at any suit, I always judge where the belly button is in relation to the waist line and then the position of the arms. Notice in this photo that you don't see the model's arms & when you pose this way, you naturally stretch your core abs and it gives it a very nice flat appearance. They look good on the model but... I doubt they would look good on me once I put my arms down. I'm fit (and I know there is some photoshopping going on in the photos) but I think I would give it a thumbs down for me wearing it personally... I'm also not sure about the seams and tag. The fabric pattern doesn't match so they could have moved the seam closer to the hips to make it less obvious.

I like it and would totally wear it. The styles that sit low on the hips fit me the best and I always like a fun pattern or pop of color.

I'm not sure about the fit either as I've never owned one of these suits, but it was more about the pattern that I was referring to. I think the pattern is pretty cool. It really pops.

It's a very cute pattern, but I would like to know how wide the sides are.
One inch sides are perfect for me.
It is on the expensive side though...

I really like it. Tempted to buy it. If I was swimming laps, I'd wear a Speedo type brief. But for hot summer days, just relaxing by the ocean or a private pool, this would be perfect.

I'd totally buy it if it were a little cheaper. I generally have a "threshold" limit for most purchases, depending on the category, unless there's something significantly special that justifies the cost. That's also how I have around 200+ swim briefs/thongs, lol! The cheaper they are, the more you can buy!! These are really tempting though because of the print...

I like patterned suits, but for some reason I don't like florals.

If you live in the tropics, pink and floral work, even for men. It's just different here. And they're for casual living, not lap swimming. I have friends with secluded swimming pools surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation; and at some point, I will too. That's where this suit would work....for me anyway. It's all individual. Back in New England, where I grew up, twenty miles up the coast from Plymouth Rock, this wouldn't work. But here....

I like it. it looks cool so I would totally wear it. just not sure about the cut. I doesn't look like it will look good on me. if the sides were smaller I would totally buy it.

I bought this suit and it just arrived. I ordered the small, which fits good. Fairly low rise in back. A medium would be too big for me. Sides as worn are about 1.5. No lining anywhere. It has a cross seam at the bottom of the pouch that pulls from behind your sack to give lift, sort of like N2N suits. It was a little uncomfortable at first, until I figured out how to adjust it. The pink is almost a neon pink--definitely more pink than on the web. More for wearing at a private pool or on South Beach--works for Florida, but not Cape Cod. Definitely not a suit to swim laps. Thin polyester/spandex fabric. Made in Chile. I like it, but then the tropics have got to my brain. Pic later.

It looks nice but I'm not a fan of wearing patterned suits generally. I really like the cut of it. I'd wear the solid color versions.

I think I could get into a coral print like that with enough of a tan and if the sides to the trunks were narrower.
