OK boys, I'm back in Aussie.

It is before 6am and I'm a little bit jet lagged but not too bad. The weather forecast isn't really for much beach weather in the next few days but once I'm done posting here I'm going to go for a run, grab a meat pie for breakfast (that probably counters the benefits of the run).

Then, I'm going to go for a swim in the ocean in my red speedos.... anyone else around for an early morning swim?

definitely not near you for an early morning swim. And, it's still winter here, but I wore my red speedo solar for laps in the pool this afternoon.
