Here's a thought! I came across this picture on tumblr and was thinking that this up coming summer 2017, I could totally see guys sporting this look while skate boarding around the beaches or beach towns of Southern California. Think Venice beach or San Diego, etc.
If this fashion went viral from a video or marketed to be cool... I feel like more young guys maybe college age would adopt it.
What do you guys think?

Frank that's a nice thought but there are a couple of issues...
You're in Cali... land of boardshorts. No self respecting skateboarder type dude is gonna be out in a speedo. And you mentioned younger college guys... unless they're on the swim team, board shorts rule. But even guys who are on teams tend to wear board shorts for being social at the beach or pool.
Men in general, even fit ones can be very self conscious about their bodies, and wanting to fit in. Speedos are not all that in and so often perceived as "gay."
Millennial guys may be slightly metro but they're not gonna speedo.

great to dream about
but i dont think speedos are very practical for skateboarding, would really suck to fall and brush against concrete in nothing but a speedo
