I have a question as to why I cannot send a private message? I can 'submit' but it looks like the message is stuck in my Outbox (so in effect it never sent). Is there a protocol or request necessary? Anyone else with similar issue? Dave E mentioned to post here.

Note that I received a message and I was able to reply to it but its as though I cannot send an original message.

The message sits in the outbox until it is read then shows as sent.

Ah, so it was actually sent, just not read?
