So, aside from posting here (obviously) what ways do guys know for meeting other speedo aficionados in your local metro area? Now that it's getting summer-ey I'm hoping to meet up with other speedo fans and maybe get started on my tan, compare collections etc...

NZ looks like a wonderful place to have a holiday. Are there many beaches? A bit far away for me though!
Regarding networking, it is not something I have considered.

And yes, nobody will give you strange looks if you wear a speedo here:)

On behalf of the Scottish tourist board - some of the beaches on the Hebridean islands. They look tropical but the temperatures rarely reach tropical levels!

Hey I live in the Bay Area myself.

I've got a great start on my speedo tan, we get teased with some summer weather between snowstorms when it's springtime in Montana.
Lately I'm wearing a Dolphin Ceres Chloroban brief for my lap swim every night. And I usually have the pool to myself.

Bummer, briefs! I will be with the family at a party. But maybe another time. If it works out, make sure to get some pics! The weather should be awesome, although inland will be much warmer than the coast.

Isn't that second one that beach on Uist that the Thai gov accidentally used for a "Visit Thailand" add campaign because the photo agency had used the wrong caption?
