I'm lucky to have a nude beach to come to with lots of hot nude guys and some in speedos... but I've also noticed a lot of guys come here and still wear boardshorts. What is the point of coming to a nude beach if your going to wear boardshorts? If they want to stay covered at least wear a speedo.

That's just irritating. There's this space where you can be nude and free and all, one of the last ones, and people are ruining it by showing up in boardshorts. I would say just stay naked, and don't let out. It's the same as wearing speedos to promote others to wear them. If they keep showing up people will be intimidated.

Yes this is Blacks Beach and it's usually younger guys probably 18- early 20s. I know what someone is wearing doesn't make them gay or straight however from my experience I've noticed more speedos on the gay side and more boardshorts on the straight side of the beach. Just my observation... I know that straight guys wear speedos and gay guys wear boardshorts.

This also had me thinking... a group of gay guys showed up and in boardshorts and striped down to a speedo or nude. This tells me that more guys own speedos but wear boardshorts at other beaches.

Last summer we were at our favorite beach, which is not clothing optional, but if one is careful, one can go nude. However, at this particular part of the beach I always wear my tiny swimsuits; not around where the families are. Anyway, on our last trip four super cute young guys walked up to this part of the beach wearing boardshorts. They hung around like this for a little bit, but then stripped off the shorts to reveal their speedos. What a delight! One of them came wandering over to the dune area near where we were. Would have so loved to chat that little sweetie up.

Great story! I wish that would happen to me at a non nude beach. It happens a lot at the nude beach but not regular ones. I always wonder if people think I'm foreign when I wear my speedos to a regular beach.

I hate hate hate hate when people go to a nude beach with no intention of getting nude.

clothed people can go to practically any beach in the world, while naked people we have such few options so I hate when clothed people want to come invade naked territory

and i hate the feeling of being naked around clothed people since then i feel naked versus when your naked around naked people you dont feel naked and it all just feels so natural

Do you feel the same about nude beach goers that at least wear skimpy speedos or even thongs? I've never been to one, but if I were to go, I'd probably use it as an opportunity to wear a speedo, bikini, or even a thong. Not sure I'd strip nude, but maybe if I felt comfortable enough after hanging out for awhile in my super skimpy suit, I'd peel that off, too.

G'day guys,

I was talking to someone the other day about some hot springs in Colorado that are clothing option and they were saying that if you weren't nude, people looked at you weird.

Sounds like my kind of place.
