I read this story (I am bilingual, English-Portuguese) and unfortunately, it's in Portuguese. It's about a young boy who nearly lost his penis because of the net style inner lining of his boardshorts. He had to be rushed to the hospital in Mexico. The family in from England. Although this may be a rare thing to happen, but in my comment, I suggested that perhaps the child should wear a swim brief. Apparently, the net lining was slightly torne due to poor quality. When wet, it clung and started squeezing the boys penis a bit. When his mom attempted to remove his shorts for him to take a bath, the penis was squeezed harder. He was in excruciating pain and then had to be rushed to the hospital. Since it was wet, it was "glued" or stuck onto his penis.

Long ago, I wore dork shorts to ride down Der Stuka, at Wet n Wild. ( It was a huge, tall water slide)

Each time< I had to pick the mesh liner out of my fundament. Not fun.

The next day, I cut the liner out.
