Chest workout and swimming. It's nice to finally see a guy on YouTube who wears a proper athletic swimsuit for doing swimming exercises. Most of the pool exercise videos I've come across are guys in boardshorts or worse gym/basketball shorts.

The last time I went to the gym to swim a couple of months ago, there were a couple of guys in a lane who were dressed for the basketball court. And they weren't even swimming; they were jogging!
