Anyone know anywhere good to stay here thats at least close to the speedo friendlier beaches but wont break the bank?

I went to Surfside (just north of Miami beach) a few years back and it was very speedo friendly. The place I stayed was only $60 a night, but it is now $120 as a chain motel must have bought it. Best I can offer is just go to hotels.com or priceline and see whats out there.

Miami, FLL and WPB are all speedo friendly. I would say most of Florida is Speedo friendly. Be careful of where you decide to stay. WPB from my limited experience was either very high end or very low end. Not much middle ground.
