I swim everyday in the Boston area and wear the suit in my avitar and some smaller at the gym. People don't even look twice. Most college guys are back to wearing briefs too. I always get smiles from girls and guys!!

here i usually frequent 2 public pool. both place people would stare at any guy walk out from the changing room in speedos. in the changing room square cuts will avoid eye contact as they will keep distance in the pool.

its like the general opinion is that speedo guys are gay~

In Germany and most parts of Europe Speedos are still common from old times. Today they are only rare, but there s a comeback. You can see them more often than a few years ago. That s at the places where I go to swim. I made the experience that girls and women likes to take a look at guys who can wear them.

Nothing at my pool. I have worn Speedos to swim for so long that nobody really seems to even take a second look, except maybe if there is a newbie there. And I have pushed some limits on tiny suits! I have had looks, maybe stares, not sure about glares at the Beach, but I really don't care, I mind my own business, and it doesn't bother me in the least.

To be honest it vary. There is one swimming pool frequented by Asians and if i used that one they would ignore me because most are wearing them. But it depends on time and place.

In Malaysia. I don't mind some eyeing. Some actually followed by compliments and friendly conversations.
Others are flirts, which I can bet are gays -^^-

Just don't like the stereotyping glares

At me, all are welcome to stare. Take a picture if you dare. I don't care. If they glare, I'll give em an eyeful of pubic hair. I'm no bear but to see me in a speedo is hardly rare. Who gives what I wear, to be fair? I wear even less when in my lair...

Would you wear them at the Beach?
Would you wear them if they're peach?

Would you wear them in the rain?
Would you wear them again ... and again ... and again?

Would you wear them when you surf?
How about blue? ... Like a Smurf?

At my local community pool, most guys either wear square cuts, jammers and some wear briefs. Very few boardshorts. The guys who wear briefs are all ages from 30s and up. I usually wear my black Nike briefs. This is in Los Angeles.

Or... Horton sees a speedo...

On the 15th of May, in the Jungle of Nool, In the heat of the day, in the cool of the pool, He
was splashing… enjoying the jungle’s great joys… When Horton the elephant saw some wet boys. Speedos they wore, no less -- and no more.

So Horton stopped splashing. He looked all around, all were in speedos, no shorts to be found.

“I say!” murmured Horton. “In all of my splashing, I’ve never seen sight of a such small a suit, so in fashion.

So you know what I think?... Why, I think that there must be something to that suit. That suit of such very small little size, a suit almost too small to be seen by an elephant’s eyes…

So Horton proclaimed to all who would hear, of the speedos he'd seen, though his friends thought him queer.

“Humpf!” humpfted a voice. ‘Twas a sour kangaroo. And the you kangaroo in her pouch said
“Humpf” too. “Why, that suit is as small as the head of a pin. A person in that?... Why,
there never has been!”

But Horton replied, “I tell you sincerely, my eyes are quite keen and I've seen them quite
clearly. And, what’s more, quite likely there’s two. Even three. Even four. Quite likely, many, many, more.

Through the high jungle tree tops, the news quickly spread: “He talks of a teeny, tiny, swim brief! He’s
out of his head! “I think you’re a fool!” laughed the sour kangaroo and the young kangaroo in her pouch
said, “Me, too! You’re the biggest blame fool in the Jungle of Nool!”

But Horton pushed back with great vigor and vim, no one would change his mind, on what to wear when one swims.

"A suit is a suit, no matter how small. And I fight for the speedo, the best of them all!"
