I think it is sad ... very, very sad. Especially because guys in Speedos can be so hot. Such a double standard. Sounds like the little princess is afraid of a some competition for the looks!

Well, we Speedo loving North American guys are used to that attitude from pretty much everyone, not just this one girl. So we develop a "screw you, I'll wear what I want" attitude. Oh sure, she's beautiful, but she wouldn't be the type for me for two reasons: 1) she's intolerant of my speedo, and 2) you can tell just by looking at her and by the "beach advice" she gives that she never, ever, gets wet. I prefer the kind of girl that wears a swimsuit to actually "swim" in. And do all the water based activities while wearing a bikini that I love to do, in my speedo.

One of the side links that shows up next to this video is this classic Speedos vs. Boardies one from Australia. Pretty even division of opinion on both sides. Just goes to show that everyone has their own opinion, and this South African beauty queen's isn't special or universal.

I LOVE that the not so attractive fat chick at 1:00 is not a speedo fan, but 5 seconds later, the hot looking brunette loves speedos, as does the hot looking blonde 10 seconds after that! Just goes to show that sexy knows sexy!

Its the double standard of saying its ok to show off the female body but not the male body.

When it comes to the "fashion experts" type females that complain about speedos, I Would love to see them tell that to Gianni Versace. Versace is one of the biggest fashion designers and a speedo wearer.
