I always find it really strange, how some people wear speedos to the beach or pool, but when they get changed they wear boxer shorts as underwear! I wear tight briefs as underwear because they're the most like speedos!

Just curious to hear everyone's views on this? If you're not wearing your speedos, what kind of underwear do you wear?

I wear a Speedo for swim and sun because it has always been the appropriate costume for me to wear for such activity as a team swimmer and diver since I was a little nipper. As for underpants, I prefer boxers as the appropriate type of clothing for me to wear under trousers, though I also have some briefs and boxer shorts should the need arise (under white trousers for example). Swimwear is swimwear, underpants are underpants. Neither are a fetish but what's appropriate for the occasion. YMMV.

I agree with both of you guys, however i must say i love a good pair of tight briefs! Reason is because they are soo close to being a speedo!
Briefs just look and feel great!

Though i must say underwear is underwear and speedos swim and "play" wear, never really taken to wearing them as underwear, maybe i should give it a go more... only time i do it if i forget to pack a pair of underwear for after a swim! Wearing a speedo home though, just ends up turning me on... Lots!

For me, it depends on the season, but it always includes spandex! During the winter, I almost always wear compression shorts. I find that they are too warm for the summer, so I wear nice tight boxer briefs. Occassionally, I will wear a speedo. Just depends on my mood. No matter what, the underwear must be made with spandex. No loose fitting underwear for me.

I never wear boxers. Never have, and probably never will. Briefs make up the majority of what I wear, along with boxer-brief hybrids. I wear swim briefs as underwear occasionally, and I find nothing wrong with such!

Usually briefs or boxer briefs, never was a fan of boxers really. I recently purchased some Adidas athletic briefs and they are probably one of my favorite to wear.

Usually the Jockey cheap-o bikini or low rise briefs, but also boxer briefs, and trunks. I prefer the trunks over the full length boxer brief, but have a harder time finding them. CK briefs are pretty comfy, as are Clever. 2xist I thought were too "pinchy" and rode too much. The elastic sucks.

I'd like to try Ginch Gonch (fun prints), Diesel, and Aussiebum. Like AB suits, but I've never tried their underwear.

Tried boxers once or twice and absolutely hated it. You may as well free ball it. At lest that way it doesn't feel like wearing baggy ass shorts underneath :)

Standard issue jocks suit me well. POVs fit nicely, wide waistband is very comfy, and snug-fitting pouch holds me in place all day. I have alot of lifting and bending on my job, so firm support is a must! Jockeys I like, but they don't quite give the the same support as a jock.

Mainly briefs - they're the most comfortable and I think they look best. Sometimes boxer-briefs though, I have a few pairs of those. I hate normal boxers though, don't understand the appeal. Your junk's left with no support whatsoever, plus it's uncomfortable at times. It's like you're wearing a pair of shorts under your trousers, and it's even more uncomfortable if you're, say, in a suit or in workout gear. I could only wear them if I was lounging around the house or wearing really casual clothes.

I mostly wear trunks, they are very comfortable to me, but prefer briefs. I am thinking of switching everything to briefs, not sure yet. Boxer briefs I hate, they are annoying and ride up my legs and is not fun using at the gym. Briefs hold everything in place, look good, and are great for working out or doing activities.

If I wear anything at all, I prefer briefs. The smaller the better. Andrew Christians are my favourites because they are so comfortable.

Here's me in some N2N and Unico

Trunk-style boxer shorts. I find them to be comfier than briefs for day-to-day use under jeans.

Wow, they fit you well - especially the N2Ns - I thought mine were skimpy until I saw those.

Solar, here I thought I was the only one in the US that like wearing Unico's, they have an amazing fit and comfort....just wish they were a little cheaper.

I'm with Texas, the Adidas underwear is a great fit, the climalite line primarily my favorite, and don't ride-up the leg like the cotton boxer briefs (tried them once, then they became rags which was a waste of money!).
