Just what is the goal here?

If you had your choice, would you rather see more people wearing speedos, or more acceptance of people wearing speedos? As for me, I would choose the later. Why? Look at what's happened with tattoos. It used to be that only a certain niche group wore tattoos. It made them stand out and gave a sense of identity. Now nearly everyone and their dog sports one, even Justin Gerber.. oops, I meant Beiber. So how do you feel about this?

I think mostly the latter - but which will in turn hopefully cause the first scenario to happen.
So basically, the world gets a better acceptance of the speedo and in turn lots more people wear them to the pool without worrying about what others think.
It's late. I'm tired. I'm not sure if this makes sense haha.

Ha! Ha! get some sleep Nate. The main reason I posted this is because we are making quantum leaps in gay rights issues currently. This is far beyond what we could have dreamed of 10 years ago. I know it sounds bizarre, but ....All I can say is be carefull what you wish for.

I am always disappointed when a good looking guy is wearing shorts, so I would rather see more guys in small suits. I don't feel the need to belong to an exclusive speedo wearing niche group, so I won't feel diminished if more guys wear them.
I swim, and wear speedos as piece of athletic gear. I don't wear the fashion suits. Stop being afraid and wear your suits.
