You can try gars chaud or mec chaud.
You don't pronounce the s in gars.
If you go to Google.fr and type in
gars chauds or mecs chauds in the
pictures category, you should find
leads to gay French websites. They
use gars and mec all the time.

you can also use "bogos" (beau gosse), which fits for a cute young hunk
