Just thinking about my first time.

I've worn speedos on and off since I was 8

about 3 weeks ago :D. and boy am i glad that 1] i brought some and 2] i found this forum

pretty sure i grew up wearing speedos... i was in competitive swimming for as long as i have been able to walk almost... and i think my age group was the last age group to start swimming when speedos were the only competition suit available.... around high school i made the switch over to swim shorts/trunks.... mainly because if you wore speedos people would make fun of you (the standard reason for switching away from speedos). but now i'm making the switch back to speedos, i hope to wear them out to the beach for the fist time in over a decade this summer ^_^

Since I was about six or seven. It is pretty much the only swimwear I've ever worn.

I don't ever remember not wearing them. I used to as a kiddie, they were our uniform at school so we had to wear them and I still wear them.

Same story as me, except I never switched to jammers for swim team. I actually wore them as underwear until age 9 or 10.

I was 13. It was at a large indoor swimming pool where a thought i was a bad ass because that was what all the fast swimmers wore. I was in competitive swimming so i went through the full body suit phase. I now wear speedos when i swim in my pool.

Never worn anything bigger! Smaller - often, but bigger - NO!

I was 8 when i first got a speedo, a friend of my mother got it for me. i thought they were great it was when they were all made from nylon. i was the only one at school with a speedo. at first i just used them for school swim, but after a holiday with mums friend and my brother i started wearing them every day as underwear. that was 21 years ago i have 2 boys of my own now 8 and 13, both wear speedos every day. the oldest started on holiday when he was 5 and the youngest was earlier he started at just 3 both of them swim most days and say that they love the speedos and dont want to go back to ordinary underwear. last year the olest had some aussiebum nylon speedos for his birthday and he likes them.

speedos are a family thing for us, my brother has one boy age 10 and he too is loving speedos and has also worn them as underwear since a very young age. my brother was 6 when he started and his son was 4 i think

I wore them for a year when I was 8 and on the swim team.
Then stopped until I joined my high school swim team wearing a jammer at the time. I have woren a tight suit under my board shorts ever since.
Then moved to speedo after a semester long stay in Australia during college. Now I am speedo only on the swim team and speedo under my board shorts and clothes occasionaly
