Cut .... Most Australian boys of my generation (1960's) were circumcised as a matter of course. I cannot and will not give head to a guy who has a yard of loose skin covering his manhood. It just doesn't look attractive or appealing. I also think it's preferable to be a cut guy if you're going to be sticking your utensil into some other guys garbage disposal unit. I respect that view and - hey - the last person I've blown was circumcised. And it was great.
