Depends on whether you're trying to be macho or cute. The usual sport suits that most of us wear for lap swimming or at the beach and a favorite. If you want someone to admire your bikini taste, the keep the designer. In other words, if you are a "pretty boi" or trying to show off, wear the designer, otherwise the basic black and blue or red

Depends what I am doing. Swimming, always a sport suit. Beach, mostly a sport suit, especially if I am going in the water. Sometimes, a designer suit if I am just laying out and sunning. Although I do have some real 'designer' suits in my collection, they feel a little too cutsie and fetish for me to wear in public and I always seem to gravitate back to a sport suit. Not sure if I consider my Speedo Solars as 'designer' suit, but will definitely wear those to the beach.

That said however, I do like my Asian-cut Speedos. Those smaller, lower riding suits in subtle blues and blacks ... the ones with the colored logo side panels ... and the ones in wild, bright colors. Great for swimming, wearing at the at the beach, and sunning. Easy to wear under anything and maybe the best of both worlds.

On my deck at home, anything goes, and I love feeling the sun on my ass in a thong.

Here is what I wore to the beach yesterday.
