On the message screen, just above the message should be a button that says "SENDREPLY" click that.

Thanks for the info - I can view the message but there does not appear to be a '' sendreply '' button. Cheers Bryan Sorry Russel505 I cannot answer you my screen appears to be different for some reason - hope you see this. Maybe I will try another way.
