To be honest, I don't know how other guys jerk off because when I'm with a guy who is horny we are playing together, not solo.

I have three regular routine/positions when masturbating:

I am a bit unusual. If I'm with a lover, I will jerk off the conventional way - naked, with my hand/s, usually at the end of play, to "wrap things up", as it were.
