Agree, they are the best (& only source for loose I know of). But for laps, I've got to tie them really tight and granny knot those slippery strings! Otherwise, they not only open up, but slide right off! (which I've done for fun!)...:::sam:::... wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 7:10 pmI chew through them quickly because of the chlorine, but I used to always get Loose until they stopped doing them in solid colours. I love how you can do up the drawer string so they hang just a little bit. When you pull in your core when swimming they can open up a bit at the front as you move through the water. I think Loose is their best cut.

Re: Low
I agree.. the WJ Loose should not be pulled up but just rest pretty low. The rear covers the bum pretty well.Scottiebum wrote: ↑Mon Jul 20, 2020 2:20 amThat is the way to wear them! How low are they at the rear?
be comfortable

Sandford, as a long-time WJ Loose wearer, as in my profile pic, my guess is yours are too large a size. I'm a 31 waist, 150-155lbs, and I prefer a Small, although a Medium is OK. That works, and I only have the drawstrings tied if I'm actually swimming.sandford50 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 20, 2020 10:24 pmDamn, not sure how they even stay in place. I bought a pair and they forever slip down onto my thighs! Needless to say, I’ve never worn them outside.
Unfortunately, AB isn't selling WJ Loose's anymore, so try secondary markets.
