I would go with bikini cut myself, although the side don't have to be super-narrow. I do think the briefs pictured can look all right on the right model, but brief and square-cut can strangle a man who's well-endowed. Bikinis give a guy somewhere for his junk to sit, if you know what I mean. It can comfortably "hang low". I think other designs squash your tackle against your body. Brief/trunk can be sexy to look at. Just not as functional and comfortable as bikinis to wear I think.

This is one of the skimpiest suits I’ve worn.
That looks perfect, I’d love to have that suit. Can you give us some sizing info? Looks like it smashes the boys a bit? Is it still available for purchase?

No squishing of the boys, quite generous for the fit as the fabric is pliable in all the right ways

Thank you. It is the same brief I am wearing in my profile picture. I like the pouch size and shape. Too big of a pouch tends to let things move around too much.

I’ll have to check the size and availability

We got similar tastes though it’s difficult finding some low cut speedos with 1” sides that have full rear coverage. Know any brands?

Maris Equi briefs are good and Gary Majdell Greek Bikinis are good.

I totally agree. I think it depends on the shape of the wearer, too. My build, such as it is, works best with the suits you like. Wide sides on me are a disaster.

Def narrow sides, full rear, low rise, comfortable front but supportive not a "hanging" pouch.
Agreed. I don't like a hanging pouch either, like the current trend at N2N. They used to make a beautiful suit between a speedo cut and bikini. It had a name like Capri or something. But they don't make them anymore. I guess some of the boys in L.A. like more of a display of their cock and balls. There's a suit to suit everyone.

I have a square cut suit made by Mundo Unico with a pouch design that definitely shows your manhood, but it doesn't hang. It's just full. It's the only square I've found that I like. As I've posted here, I wear mainly Unico underwear because they are actually designed to fit a man's body, unlike some American brands.

Have you ever tried Joe Snyder underwear? I used to wear mundo único underwear, but after trying this other brand, i ditch them. Now I have only JS underwear but keep buying mundo único swimwear.

I've never tried Joe Snyder underwear. But I will. Thanks! I only like Mundo Unico boxer brief underwear. Their speedo cut brief style underwear isn't comfortable for me. I do like their square cut swimwear for places where a more conservative cut is appropriate.

I prefer the first two. What looks best on me is 2" side low rise.

I also prefer a smaller cut in speedos. This is what I wore today. I did roll the top down to get the coverage I like.

Looking great, BJE! I agree with you -- I prefer swimming in and tanning in swim briefs that are 1" or smaller

because they are so much more practical and comfortable.

And there's nothing wrong with looking and feeling sexy!

Have you tried swimming in or tanning in a Swim Bikini (pictured below)? You would feel comfortable in this.
