Or if you have that pair mind showing some mod shots. Would love to know how they fit compared to other brands
Unfortunately Australia don’t stock adidas briefs

Yeh I remember you seeing going up a size.Speedoaddict wrote:Hi Mazda, the Adidas swim runs slightly small. If you are say a 30” in a speedo then order a 32” in a Adidas 3-stripe or Parley Brief.

Me too, the Adidas ones seemed a bit larger to me.ExBex wrote:I had the opposite experience with sizes: Adidas was the only brand I ever needed to go down a size!
In other brands like speedo, I usually wear 28, but with an Adidas 3-stripe Infinitex, I needed a 26. It's the only Adidas suit I ever had, so I'm not sure if it was a fluke.
Have you got pics with them brands on for compairson? Speedo and adidas.ExBex wrote:I had the opposite experience with sizes: Adidas was the only brand I ever needed to go down a size!

That’s the hard thing about not being able to try them. Their siZe guide are generic tooIlbap wrote:Me too, the Adidas ones seemed a bit larger to me.ExBex wrote:I had the opposite experience with sizes: Adidas was the only brand I ever needed to go down a size!

Most of my speedos are 30" but the labels also show the sizes using other scales. The Adidas 30" pair I have say German size 4, but all the other brands in 30" say German size 3.

Nope. Even though the 26" Adidas was the right size for the waist, it still didn't fit me quite right otherwise. I didn't wear it much and sold it on ebay. I regret that a little bit now, because I've been hitting the gym the last two years, and I'm finding suits that fit me poorly before, now fit a lot better. I've made good gains in glutes/thighs.
U look great. A small in aussiebum is snug got me so I’m guessing a 30/S in adidas would probably be okDaveSpeedoEvans wrote:Mazda,
I find the ADIDAS fit just perfect!!! AussieBum's are too small these days so I go up a size but with ADIDAS I stick to my usual size (like my jeans). The elastic is pretty stretchy so in my experience I could go down a size.
I have a bunch of selfies of me in my ADIDAS speedos on my blog (www.AussieSpeedoGuy.org/adidas-3-stripe-speedos/).

Relax. I just find them expensive compared to what I paid in Brazil.
Look like Adidas's standard black 3 stripe brief to me. You can get them in Infinitex fabric or plain-jane lycra. That's what I have. They're a great pair of budgy smugglers, briefs can be pretty unforgiving but there's something about these that makes average guys look great.Mazda3mps wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2019 11:50 pmDoes anyone know any website that has the below pair?

Nice I’m guessing I’ll be safe with a 30. Usually 30 is a snug fit for me. I’m never a 28 though hahaha.Norfcountryboy wrote:Look like Adidas's standard black 3 stripe brief to me. I think you need to go down a size. It's a common thing with Adidas but more noticeable on their square leg ones. Puma and Arena are the same in my experience, so I guess a trait that German briefs share. Mine are 30", 28" would've been better. Slightly too large, great for hanging out in but a bit loose when wet.
As far as I am aware Adidas only make the infinitex briefs. The ones I have bought over the last 5-6 years have all been this.Mazda3mps wrote:Nice I’m guessing I’ll be safe with a 30. What’s the different between infinitex and plain Jane Lycra in terms of fit and feel?

Yep Adidas does seem a bit stretchable. And yes you can easily buy a suit that is your standard fit. I tend to downsize a bit all my suits,DaveSpeedoEvans wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2019 9:17 amMazda,
