It is 2 years since I posted on page 1 of this thread, now 56, although about half that in my mind still!

I, like Scottiebum, posted on page 1 of this thread two years ago, which makes me 49 now. Not in quite as good of shape as I was then, but getting back to it. Anyway, got an indirect compliment from my new doctor when I visited the other day for a check-up. We were making small talk and I mentioned taking my daughter to college. He said "college?!" and then looked at my chart and said, "oh yeah, you're 49". I thought that was cool. I really think swimming for fitness can make you appear and feel younger. And wanting to look good in a speedo is definitely motivation for me when I want to enjoy too much of two of my favorite things in life: beer and pizza.

Fifty eight nowadays, although I identify as a 29 year old. LOL. But according to what I see at the gym and pool, I'm in far better shape than most guys half my age. Cuz I swim....

I’m 26 this year, only started wearing speedos publically a few months ago (always wanted to and never had the courage) :)
