Swimming with a Group of mates

Sounds like the reception went well Boywear! Next time I hope you do it. Sounds like they don't care :) And who knows, maybe you'll convert them in time.

I went to the in-laws house today to use the pool. Had a brief under my shorts...under my pants. You know, the usually uncertainty. We got there and the in-laws left for a walk and I just stripped down to the brief. My wife says to me "Oh, are you going to work out? Good for you!" I've been wearing a Speedo all Summer and it's been great. Swimming was fun and I got a little exercise The fam didn't show up until after we were done, but I would have been fine if they had. I know they don't care and they've seen me in the pool with briefs before.

My wife's brother snickered a little the first time I did it, but he also said he liked the suit.

I'm with you man.I can wear my speedo on a beach around people I don't know.I don't think I would wear it around friends. they'd give me hell! I have worn a Speedo around my sister and my best friend. he gave me a little crap. but not too much. he's like my little brother, we've been close friends for years. we had sleep overs when we were younger so it's not like we haven't seen each other's package in underwear before.

I had similar concerns last year. When I was with a group of friends (males and females, straight) on a trip to the beach, I wore my AussieBums under a pair of baggy swim trunks which were fairly short. The girls complimented my shorts and I tell them how much I hate when guys where loooong board shorts (with my apologies to the guys who were present and were wearing them). We talked about swimsuit styles and I mention that I prefer just wearing swim briefs like the ones I have on underneath, giving them a small peak. I go on to say that I didn't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable if I wore them. All the girls were really encouraging of me to take off the shorts and the guys didn't seem to care. Anyway, off they came. The girls gave approving nods, with "you can really pull that off... I don't know about most guys." Anyway, I broke through that barrier and was really flattered.

Since then, I've gone to the beach a few times with these folks and go right into "speedo mode" without thinking twice.

We all just need a mate on a swim team who doesn't mind wearing a speedo, if I made a friend who wore a speedo I'd be in mine all the time

If they're your mates ideally it shouldn't be a problem if your the only dude in speedo's.
I think this shot's really cool, that he's the pack leader and his buddies respect him and he's the only guy with balls to wear speedo's.

I wonder if that picture was a dare, having a short tan, not a speedo tan? Even if it was, he sure looks comfortable being the only one in briefs and certainly does it well.
