Help please

Can anyone help me and tell me how to upload photos on here whenever i do it they are either to big or to small i am using windows 8 and paint thanks

You can use paint to decrease the size of the photo. I am using paint on windows 7.

If you click on "resize" (or press CTRL and W) you will be shown a screen where you can reduce or enlarge the photo. When coming from my phone, I usually reduce the horizontal & verticle by 50% 2 times, and then by 75%. This usually leaves a reasonable size photo.

You can do the same thing to enlarge, but what usually happens is that the picture quality becomes very bad...
