Sadly, I think I'm the only one that would prefer to wear a speedo over boardshorts in my group of friends, so it's great to talk to other guys with similar interests as me.

I only have a couple pairs, but am always lookign to buy more when I have the time and money.

Hi, Michigan, I'm in Toronto...I say, go ahead, just wear those speedos w/o boardies, you'll set a trend among your friends, who knows, maybe they're all just waiting for someone to take the lead, might as well be you! Good luck, and welcome.

Welcome to the boards, mate! I'm the same - I'm the only guy in my group of friends who dons the budgies, but it's great fun and the others don't mind. I'm still waiting to convert at least one of them hah!

Welcome to the forum! I know what you mean about being the only one who likes speedos in a group of friends. We are here for support and help if you ever need some.

They're not close minded about it at least. They were surprised, but had a positive reaction more or less when I showed up wearing a speedo for Halloween

Wear your speedo with pride and maybe you will get a few friends converted over to wear them too!

Thanks guys, I've been wearing my black square cut while I've been tanning to give me a great tan line.

Some of my friends are actually jealous that I have the confidence to wear a speedo to the pool or even as my Halloween costume
