Hi guys. Have been watching your board for some time now - there is not a lot of sites dedicated to speedo fans. I'm 45, and live in Sydney with my partner of 12 years. We are both Speedo guys, and love others who are into Speedo , and Aussiebum swimwear in particular. I have a large collection, so i guess I'd have to say its a fetish. I'm also into guys who wear swimmer jockstraps under their swimmers - in a personal scenario, not necessarily in public, and I'm into, and in a partnership with, redheads. I like your board because it shows a certain amount of diversity, freedom, a tasteful lack of inhibitions, and some really great photos. The water polo guys are really hot. I've always wondered about swimming jockstraps. Wouldn't the straps at the back be visible in a speedo? You can't wear them completely UNDERNEATH a speedo, can you?

Hi Duncandude - yeah, the leg straps can be a problem - this is why it is perhaps better as a home fetish rather than a public beach one. However, it does also depend on the style and cut of your swimmers - the nylon ones tend to be best, as they are cut a bit more generously in the leg, and they work pretty well with Aussiebum trunks such as their 'Loose" style, and also work pretty well with nylon fabric polo trunks. Swimmer jocks tend not to work with lycra briefs - however, there are undoubtedly those who would consider a flash of leg strap to have a certain erotic appeal, and perhaps advertise that there is a secondary fetish happening. It does also depend on the brand of swimmer jock, as the leg straps vary from one to another in their positioning. Also, if you wear white or light blue nylon briefs, it is pretty obvious that you have a jockstrap on, as the pouch can be seen, so it depends on how daring you want to be.

I have some merchandise from aussiebum. I have a few wonderjocks and the SCENT TORQUAY from their surfwear section. I'm looking into buying some more merchandise once my employment situation improves big time. I lke their waterpolo swim wear, the booster jock squad OFFICER and the classic speedo in burgundy. Hi speedoboi, thanks for the welcome. Good to see that Aussiebum can now be found worldwide - the brand is quite a success story, and fortunately for us, a lot of the local current affairs programs often feature parades of their underwear and swimwear.
I have a pretty large collection of their swimwear - a couple of the "Loose" style, Wonderjock styles, "Classic" and "Club", "Stripes" and the "Scent" Waratah. Like you, the "Polo" are my next purchase - yes, they do look pretty hot. Once Speedo stopped producing their 'traditional' nylon trunks, I breathed a big sigh of relief when Aussiebum came along and filled in the void. The owner had noticed the lack of traditional swimwear on the market, and decided to do something about it himself - and Aussiebum was born. You see them in a lot of pictures of swimmers now, from all corners.

Hi gezzerdon. Thanks for that. Funny how swimwear and jockstraps often go hand in hand (so to speak). A shame that we have never developed a culture of wearing jockstraps over here, despite our obsession with sports, and have to look to the USA to buy, and get graphics of.

I once when to a sporting goods store and I think you can buy them (with protective cups) for cricket, but the ones on sale were very uncomfortable and not really sexy or nice.
