G'day guys,

A mate of mine that I grew up with was telling me last week (when I was up in Qld) that he is coaching Masters Swimming one morning a week. Masters doesn't mean that old and he said while there is a group of 60yo+ people, more than half are people in their 30's who are triathlon training.

I'm not sure I could handle being the coach for a bunch of 30yo chicks in swimsuits.

Could you?

I did a group tri training program a while back. There were some very beautiful and athletic bodies to admire :)

G'day guys,

So last night was the second time I've gone along to a Masters Swim Training session. The Married Guy's wife bought him membership for Xmas and he convinced me to go along the first time.

I'll write about what happened last night more on my blog (www.AussieSpeedoGuy.org) but so far it has been good.

I don't think I need motivation to get me to the pool but the training is different. When I'm solo, I just jump in and pound out say 2kms. This squad training is a lot more short bursts and sprints. The longest we swim is a 400m warm up.

Dave

PS - I have another photo from the set above.
