It's because of the snow I think. You project onto them how cold they feel and realize that the touch of another person, in those low temperatures, would feel electric.

I would prefer no snow too. You just gotta belive that they all went back inside or at least put a lot of winter clothing on 2 seconds after the picture was snapped! I would love it so much more if they were standing on a tropical beach with warm azure waters in the background, wearing your speedo in that kind of setting is so amazing. The sad thing is that if these guys are American, they would only wear boardshorts at the beach, and save the speeds for the athletic pool sessions. The good thing is that they wear speedos at all, and look great in them, and the girls look fantastic in their one-pieces. Pretty sure the girls wear little bikinis to the beach. Pretty sure the guys leave their speedos at home for the beach, which is too bad because I'm guessing they would love to wear their speedos "for real" in non-competitive, non-joking around in the snow kind of places where culture forces them to wear pup-tent sized swimwear.
