I wonder why the guy in the #3 suit is wearing a second speedo and his buddy in the #12 suit isn't. He's not so "big" as to need a second suit to hold him in place. My guy's never wear 2 suits, even for practice meets.
Hungspeedoboi... female athletes rarely have more than b or small c-cup breasts. Since breast tissue is mostly fat, it's one of the first things to go as the women continues her athletic endeavors.

It's a water polo thing, some guys wear the two suits so if one suit gets grabbed and ripped the second suit is there for coverage. Obviously the second guy doesn't really mind baring all hah
