Hey guys,

I just got back from a weekend in Napa with a bunch of new friends. There was a hottub at the house and the three of us guys speedo'd it up infront of the 5 girls. The girls applied the pressure because they said it isn't fair that girls are expected to bikini it up while guys get away with not showing anything in dork shorts.

Nothing naughty to report but was great being in a very speedo friendly house.

Dave, thats a rareity.. It's been my expereince that the majority of women in California feel that speedos are for gay guys. The prefer the smooth chest, tight abs and package packed in a pair of board shorts. In the case you sited, the girls didn't say they liked the guys in speedos, it was more of an equality thing... skimpy suits for the girls, skimpy suits of the guys. Sorry, I don't mean to be a downer..

sorry to not fully agree swimcoach, but in at least a couple of the photos the girls and guys seem to like each other just fine. The guy in the black Turbo card shark suit and the girl in a matching bikini seem to be enjoying themselves, as are the guy in the white lifeguard suit getting it on with the girl... to be sure some girls are not into brief suits on guys, but I have found others really like them...

These are paid models. It's thier job to make it look as if everyone likes everything.

Yes, the real world does require girls in bikinis and guys in boardies. But these photos do show there is some hope. As the Beach Boys song goes: "Wouldn't it be nice..."

They look happy and are having fun....models or no models A lot of the time when I'm in my speedos walking back to my towel after a swim at the beach girls will walk by. I smile at them and they smile at me. it's pretty cool. I love it. Nobodys gone "ewww"

Or the other guys stare at you in disgust or in bewilderment, maybe both haha. I havent had any girls say eww to me either.

Why, exactly, do you think this?

Is it because you only hear girls say they don't like guys wearing speedos?

I've always worn a speedo when going swimming for the last 5 years, and girls have been all over me. And the only girls, or guys, who have shown any sign of objection, are around 10 years old.

And this is in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

I'm amazed by how many people actually think girls are turned off by guys wearing speedos. From my experience, I've learned that that is absolute nonsense.

In fact, the belief that speedos are for gay guys is actually extremely immature. From my experience, I think it's mostly middle school age boys that think that.

Girls love it if the guy looks good. But that's rarely the case -- the guys who look good are too scared to wear them. I'm an exception.

You should keep in mind that most girls are very secretive about their sexuality. Think about how most girls are. Of course they won't admit they're turned on by guys in speedos.

Also keep in mind that in most of the world, men always wear speedos when swimming. North America is an exception.
