Disappointingly it appears that speedo style swimwear has almost completely disappeared from men's swimming at this Olympics, I've only seen jammers on the swimmers so far. I wear speedos around friends on vacations, and the only thing anyone really ever says is 'I wish I had the confidence/courage to wear a suit like that' or something to that effect. Unfortunately I haven't inspired or convinced any of them to take up speedos too (yet) but you should go for it

I'll be On Bavaro Beach, in Punta Cana DR in December! I haven't been since I was in HS about 15 years ago, and I remember seeing quite a few swim briefs primarily on vacationing Europeans at the time.

So excited to bring my own stock this time, will report back...

I discovered Riis park last summer too, it's great! Haven't made it out there this year yet, though I would love to before summer's end.
