:shock:...... Heal up and good health going forward I was out of commission due to a heart attack (I survived!). But a hell of a lot of medical personnel have now seen my full speedo tan lines. When they place a stent in your heart, sometimes they go in through the femoral artery as it passes by you...

I'm not very active on here at all but do lurk from time to time. My interest has been sparked again due to the fast approaching holidays here in South Africa and getting in shape.
