I’ve got an exercise bike and a rowing machine. 45 minutes on each, alternating each day. Then four sets of 50 push-ups, 3 some bicycle crunches, stuff with medicine ball (lunges/squats/other). Jogged a few times too.

That’s true. It still can feel creepy however. As far as I know it hasn’t happened to me before.

I sometimes sleep in thongs or ice silk bikinis too. But most of the time I sleep bottomless with a t shirt. Oddly, I wear the shirt in the hotter months, and sleep nude in the winter.

I think that if the pool isn’t set up for serious swimming it’s just for jumping in to cool off. In that case you can’t make people wear something they don’t want to. However, for a serious natatorium you should have to wear speedos or jammers etc.
