I only wear running tights. Theey are the best for running. Sometimes with a lycra thong, for some extra keeping it all together, but also just only the running tights.

Just registered myself here, have always as long as I remember been wearing Speedos and nowadays on the beach even thongs. From The Netherlands! Will be making an avatar soon.
