I swim competitively in the UK and I always wear speedos to train and race in so I am comfortable in them, however when I go to the beach I wear board shorts with speedos underneath. The only time I wear speedos on the beach or in a public place other than a swimming pool would be if a mate was wear...

It's good in the summer, when it's a little warmer, I never wear speedos to the beach though, mainly because no one else does..

Hello

I'm from Bournemouth in the South of the UK, and I'm an avid swimmer, and speedos lover.

Speedos are very rare around here, and it's good to find somewhere to chat freely about them, and to chat to other speedo users :)
