I lived in Brazil for nearly a decade, and my impression was that what we call square-cut speedos were mostly worn on the beaches in Rio - what they call 'sunga' or even 'sungao'. The briefer cuts were considered a bit too 'gay' for regular use - pity! By the way, anyone know anything about the Braz...

How about sideways? And which side? Seems the most common side is left - any particular reason?
Personally, I prefer either down, or to the left, for showing off. That way you can accomodate the (inevitable) hard-ons when on the beach, etc.

Certainly the Boosterjock looks great in the pics for the Freshwater Loose, for example, on the AB website. I've always thought their Wonderjock 'technology' was great - I used to have a Classic black, with the 'horizontal' pouch, which was very accomodating for those hard-on moments. So great, that...
