I will be in LA the first weekend in february prior to a conference in downtown LA.
I suspect the beaches will be too cold for people to be out. Is that true?
Are there any other good speedo hangout options?

Can anyone recommend a beach or pool in Southern Wisconsin where guys typically wear speedos?
I miss the days (late 80's) at Fuller pool in Ann Arbor, MI, where it was pretty common to see lots of hot guys in speedos. If only I knew then what I know now.....

I was there for the first time a few months ago and had the same question, but had to figure it out for myself. Black's beach was alright. Not many people there at that time. Would have preferred to see more speedos than I did, not many. Though saw a few naked. Quite a hike to get to. Coronado beach...
