Sending Private Messages

I have sent a few PM but they seem to be in my Outbox and not Sent. I can't find a "send/receive" button and don't know how they get from outbox to sent. Anyone know if I am doing something wrong?

I like writing and posted a story from my high school days on the story board. Hope you guys enjoy. I'm a bit older now - in mid 40s but my avatar is me now. I try my best to stay in shape. Hope you guys like the story

This is just an image from my camera. I've tried to lower the pixels. What are the pixel dimensions I should use? Still same error message
