For me it was about 9 or 10, they were bought for me by my mother to swim in near by river that was easy for me to reach, relatively flat ground and easy to transfer into/get out of pools

Hi young at heart [and mind] 54 year old bi guy from UK, lost full use of my legs when I was 3 and used crutches. now basically totally reliant on my wheelchair. worn speedos for years despite my disability and love to see guys in speedos. Feel free to message me.
