I still find a lot of stores around London still sell the odd pair. Normally just a standard black speedo brand pair. Not many do a wide range.
Online is better but it’s not as fun I have to admit.
In gay shops it ends up being more fashion brands but I prefer a sporty speedo myself.

St Pancras pool is right near kings cross station. It’s good for lap swimming.
A great pool is Oasis near Covent Garden. An indoor and outdoor lap swimming pool - with a large gay, speedo wearing clientele.
Also Ironmongers row baths are good too for lap swimming.
