The loose and the classic are both as tight as each other, there is no difference in the size, cut or fit. Both also have a drawstring. As your 'junk' goes between the two layers, they'll be just as sheer as the normal version. All AB's have two layers of material in the front, the boosterjock is just an added section in the front for your (quoting my speedo mate Nate) "junk".
