There are a few with backs, though pretty much all are not really suitable for public.

Agree that small should be right for you. The N2Ns are pretty true to size - I'm about 31 and a M is right for me. With a 28 waist an M would be far too big.

I have a pair of Turbos and they are indeed more rugged but also very tight; the advice to go two sizes up is good advice.

Ha, I have a pair too and would describe them pretty much the same way! The lack of rubber in the waistband makes them a bit loose but they are not quite as saggy as the loose range.

The first seller is in Bangkok, and the suits look like asian designs. The second seller is in Korea - ditto. You would definitely need a much larger size than normal; those are asian sizings. Have to agree - a nice crisp speedo tan line is extremely hot; after that I'd prefer an all over tan/no tan to a thong tan line.
